Composition

Yerba mate leaves sourced from native forests in the Brazilian states of Santa Catarina, Paraná, and Rio Grande do Sul, blended with carefully selected herbs that meet Canarias’ strict quality standards.

Curing Process

After drying and pre-grinding, the canchada yerba is cured in 50 kg bags for 4 to 6 months in temperature- and humidity-controlled environments, ensuring consistent quality across every batch.
